AT&T And Samsung Agree To Not Launch The Galaxy SII Skyrocket HD
It appears that AT&T and Samsung have decided against launching the Samsung Galaxy SII Skyrocket HD on the AT&T network. Yep, I know that’s some devastating news to some of you who were definitely looking forward to purchasing one of these devices. So it’s time to move on to bigger and better things I reckon. Such as the Galaxy SIII maybe ?
Ryan Bidan of Samsung stated “the Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket HD has been put to rest on AT&T due to the fact that it just doesn’t make sense to release the device now that the Samsung Galaxy S III is out there.” That was his stopping point as well. He didn’t confirm nor did he actually deny that the Galaxy SIII would be coming to AT&T or anywhere else for that matter. We can only assume it will be by this comment “it’ll be coming to “the fastest HSPA+ and LTE networks” in the country.” With that being said, there’s not many choices of where the Samsung Galaxy SIII will be going once it’s released here in the United States.
Tell us your thoughts in the comments below of how you feel about this decision to not launch the Galaxy SII Skyrocket HD on the AT&T network. Are you ok with that ? Are you upset or where you going to hold out for the Galaxy SIII anyways and pay no attention to the Galaxy SII Skyrocket HD ?
