As much as I would like to say that ICS styled themes are overrated, some times the work the devs do looks sick. As far as lockscreens are concerned, I still think MIUI has the most comprehensive list of themes available. Not to mention that all of them are free. Some developers take a standard looking lockscreen and just spruce it up. Others take it way beyond what is considered normal and give you something so unique that you just have to install it.
