Dead Trigger updates with plenty of bug fixes

Dead Trigger, the now free game that has started riots, got a nice batch of bug fixes today.  For those of you who hate the SWAT zombies, you should be happy with this.

* Too high difficulty of enemies on higher ranks (SWAT zombies)
* Crash in Menu when too many missions were “available”

Tweaks:
* New Hope accessible after first mission
* Enemy AI
* Damage caused by mines, turret, cutters, exploding Barrels
