Download: Google Play Store 3.8.17 (who knows what’s new, other than the version number?)

I’ll keep this short and sweet, since I really don’t know much about the new version, but it appears a Google Play Store APK, labeled 3.8.17, has made its way to the Internet. There’s no changelog, so we don’t have a clue as to what’s been updated, but it might be safe to assume it has something to do with Google Play Gift Cards. At any rate, there’s a download link below for you. I’ll update the post with mirrors shortly, as I’m sure that Dropbox link is about to get hammered.
