Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy Tab 10.1 Coming to US Cellular in 2012?

Whoever said that small “regional” carriers don’t get the latest and greatest Android devices is dead wrong. At least that’s assuming this internal shot from US Cellular (provided by Phandroid) is legitimate. On the left is a device labeled “New 4G Smartphone” that looks awfully alike to the Galaxy Nexus. On the right? A “New 4G Tablet” which, you guessed it, looks exactly like a Galaxy Tab 10.1 (or if you’re Samsung’s lawyers, an iPad). According to sources, both the Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be available sometime in the First Quarter of 2012.

Unfortunately, this didn’t make our very own Tony Simons happy. He’s still waiting on some sort of confirmation that the Galaxy Nexus will be making its way to T-Mobile. But maybe all of you US Cellular subscribers can drop a comment yelling “neener neener!” to rub it in.

A 22-year old proud New Yorker with an obsession with all-things Android. I consider myself a tech junkie, and have recently begun sharing my thoughts and opinions through writing for various Android websites. An SEO and grammar Nazi, I love what I do and take my writings very seriously. My first Android device was an OG Droid (a phone I still have laying around the house). From there I went to a Droid Incredible, Samsung Fascinate & HTC Merge. I also have a fascination and slight obsession with Android-based tablets, which you may see from my style of writing.
