Google Play makes a Twitter account, promises tons of goodies for those who follow

Still on Twitter? It looks like there’s a new account you might want to follow. Earlier this evening, Google Play showed up on the social media service, and kicked off the weekend with its first tweet. The tweet reads, “Hello world! Follow us for special promotions, exclusive content, updates, and awesomeness from Google Play.”

Head over to your account immediately, follow @Googleplay, and then be sure to check us out on @OMGDroid while you’re there.
