Google+ reaches 400 million users, but only 100 million are actively using Google+

Another big milestone for Google+. It now has over 400 million users, and of those only 100 million are actively using the site. Yes it is still much smaller than Facebook and Twitter, but Google+ is only a little over a year old. Vic Gundotra took to his Google+ page to announce this as well as welcoming Nik Software to the Google Team.
