Google+ SMS Gets More Support

Google+, todays’ best social network icon wink , has, like other networks, multiple ways to post status’, comments, and other such items. In Google+’ case, without data you can still post using a text message. Up until today, the feature to “use” Google+ through SMS was limited to only the U.S. and India. Today though, Google added support for this feature to be used in 41 more countries. Google likes to do it big icon wink

The countries are:

Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Bahrain, Benin, Cambodia, Cameroon, Congo (DRC), Cote D’Ivoire, Egypt, Ghana, Guinea, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Morocco, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Zambia.

Not everywhere in the world have people easily able to access mobile data, and Google wants as many people as possible to use their product as much as possible, just like any other company right? So they’ve added this quick little feature to always keep you connected. In order to setup this feature you can do so through the Google settings area.
