Honeycomb Leaked for the HTC Flyer! Custom ROM In The Works

HTCFlyerHigher 550x430

When HTC first announced their Flyer tablet, its Gingerbread OS was not well received.  Since the launch of the Flyer,  Google has updated Honeycomb to 3.2, optimizing the tablet only OS for smaller display sizes, such as the 7-in screen on the HTC Flyer.

The first build of the new OS has leaked for the Flyer.  The build is extremely early, and is not advised to load  it.  Although an RUU is available at this time.  You might want to wait for ROM maker Paul O’Brien to cook up his own take of the leaked release.

I’m a 29 year old living in Houston, TX. I’m a recent addition to Android. Switched from BlackBerry to Android about a year ago. I used both devices side by side until I decided that the Android platform was for me. My Android device of choice is an HTC Vision / Tmobile G2. I’m a tech addict! My passion is Android. I love the platform and I love the community behind it. I’ve recently become interested in Android development and hoping to develop my own application soon.I’ve been messing with computers since I was about 13. Now messing with computers is my full time job!I’m always reading about the latest and greatest technology coming up. If you’d like to know anything else, feel free to contact me!
