HTC One SC makes its way to China with a brand new design

slide 1

Today, HTC has unveiled a new device for their Chinese market. Introducing the HTC One SC, it’s also sporting a rather unusual design, as you can see in the picture above. The One SC is running a 1GHz dual-core processor, 4.3-inch WVGA display along with 4GB of internal storage. As far as software goes you’ll be getting Android 4.0 – Ice Cream Sandwich, along with Sense 4.

If you look at the device from the front it looks similar to the HTC One X, but when you look at the back it’s totally different. The back plate has a three toned plastic and brushed metal effect. HTC looks like they are really getting serious about the Chinese market, which is important since there’s a few billion people there. It’s very likely that the HTC One SC will join the other One variants in China, One XT and One XC.

Any thoughts on the design of this one? It’s quite a different look for HTC, wonder how well it’ll sell? Let us know in the comments what you think.
