Jelly Bean update for Samsung Galaxy S III soon?!

So for, arguably, the best phone on the market right now, the Galaxy S III, being stuck on ICS is not something that is helping its case — although it’s not necessarily hurting it. The entire Nexus line has been updated, so now we can look into the other high rollers in the Android game, and it seems as though the top-tier “Galaxy” player will be the next to get the ‘Bean.
According to the unofficial site for everything Samsung, Sammobile, they’ve gotten their hands on test leaks of the Android 4.1 update for several Galaxy phones, which may be ready for public release this quarter. The devices covered for the 4.1 update include the: Galaxy S III (obviously), the S II, the Note, and the (yet to be announced) Note 2. According the them, the S3 will be the first to get the “butta”, sometime this quarter — which last month is September. Following that, the latter 3 can expect the change before the new year.
For our S 2 owners here’s a quote by the site for you all:
If Samsung decides at the last moment not to update the Galaxy S II, all Galaxy S II owners will get a value pack update. But so far there is no reason not to update the Galaxy S II to Android 4.1.
So you all will receive some sort of complement whether it’s Jellybean or not. The Note is under the same “test” speculation as the S2, especially with it receiving official ICS just last month, this would be a very fast upgrade. Are all of our Galaxy owners excited at this bit of news, that we hope is all legit?
