Kickstarter Project “Ouya” Gains Full Backing in Only24 Hours

The other day, we brought you a story about Ouya, a brand new Android based gaming system (if you haven’t caught the story, HERE it is, you don’t want to miss it).

Well, it looks like people have fallen in love with Ouya, and it is now FULLY funded. In fact, Ouya hit full funding in just about 24 hours. If you aren’t already backing Ouya already, you should get to it because this project might just be the next big thing.

As of this morning, Ouya had raised $3,370,192 from 26,549 backers. Their funding goal was $950,000. That is an insane amount of support, right? Well, for just $99, you can get the Ouya console and one controller.

Pledge soon, though, because there are only 57416 spots left to get this console, which is due to ship out in March. Congratulations, Ouya! Keep up the good work. Go ahead and back the project HERE !

Also, don’t worry viewers, I know a couple of the OMG!Droid staff has backed this project, so there will definitely be a review coming as soon as we get our paws on one of these babies.
