More T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S III Availability Details Leak

Yes. I’m still stuck on this one. Sue me. Yesterday, X Man brought you the sour news of the impending split-launch for T-Mobile’s Samsung Galaxy S III. Now, for those of you who don’t know X, he loves to have fun at the expense of his fellow teammates with some good old-fashioned trolling from time to time, so I was hoping this was just more of his shenanigans, as I was out of the office when TmoNews dropped the scoop yesterday. Unfortunately, this was not another one of his practical jokes and I may end up having to wait until next week to get my hands on one because I do not live in one of the top 29 Magenta markets. Freakin’ sweet.

Anyhoo, it looks like this nightmare may just be becoming more of a reality, thanks to some internal screens leaked a while ago over on TmoNews (such a wonderful site, I might add). Here’s what we’ve got for you:

• National Retail Launches: Limited inventory at Wal-Mart and Costco beginning June 21st at all locations
• T-Mobile.com June 21st: Pebble Blue in 16 and 32GB sizes, only Pebble Blue ships at launch, Marble White in 16GB and 32GB launch details are to-be-determined
• myT-Mobile.com: Target is june 27th for availability , pending inventory levels
• Telesales: Said to have “higher” levels of inventory

Upon seeing Wally-World on the list, I had to give my local store a call to see if I could find anything out. Unfortunately, the Nigerian guy in the Electronics Department wasn’t much help, though he did have an interesting accent. At any rate, I’ll be trolling every possible venue until I either walk out of a store with a Galaxy S III, or have one ordered with guaranteed overnight shipping.
