New Galaxy S III Commercial Hypes AllShare Play; Samsung Drops a Baby?

dropped the baby

Samsung has released a new 30-sec TV spot to spotlight the AllShare Play functionality of its new flagship device, the Galaxy S III. If you’re not familiar with AllShare, it’s a pretty sweet new technology that lets you share media files, like music and pictures, instantly with any other S3 sharing a common WiFi connection. It makes sharing those classic memories super convenient and you can brag about being the owner of the only phone that is capable of doing so (at this time).

In the video, two families are anxiously awaiting the arrival of new additions in a dreary hospital waiting room. Once the good news arrives, the first family is forced to pass the phone around the room to let everyone see the picture. At the same time, family two gets their picture, but all of them have Galaxy S III’s so they don’t have to have a Royal Rumble to get a peek.

As you can imagine, family one’s excitement results in the phone getting dropped and the commercial ends with, “….You dropped the baby!” Family two is all good, thanks to Sammy. Classic!

(And they didn’t even have to gun Apple this time, though that would only have made it funnier)
