No Quad-Core Galaxy S III for you, Verizon

For all of you Verizon customers that were expecting a quad-core processor in the SIII, I’m about to break your heart.  In a NenaMark benchmark test, the SCH-I535 (aka the Samsung Galaxy S III) shows a dual-core Snapdragon processor.  Now, it might seem unfair, but at least Verizon is getting the SIII.

Of course, the SIII will come with Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and it’ll be rocking a 1280 x 720 display.  None of that information is shocking, but at least it gives you some details to get you amped up for the US release.

Dual-core or quad-core, the SIII still looks awesome.
