[Our Apps] RayToombs: What Must I Have?

These apps are my favorite apps and are the ones I download first when switching phones or ROMs… Let’s start the show.

Timeriffic
This application has to be the most well thought out and designed apps that I have used in a long time. It take the basic features of you needing to change your phone volume, notification sounds, WIFI setting, system volume, airplane more, brightness, bluetooth and alarms and lets you set them to change at specific times of the day and even specific days of the week. Timeriffic takes your setting to the next level with customization and for me this is a necessity, no one should be without this. So don’t waste time with your setting and spend it flashing roms and reading OMG!Droid.

TapaTalk
If you are a user of forms for anything from following your favorite ROM developer, Themer or even learning to develop yourself this is the app for you. TapaTalk had come a long way since the beginning and they have truly become the best as far as I am concerned. I have done some developing and also follow a lot of developers and always want to try out the new ROMS they are working on. Well this app allows me to be able to be in contact on the forums at all times and never lets me down.

Groupme
Communication is key this day and age and Groupme has really taken that to heart and made it easy to do. I use this for everything from talking to friends, employees, peers and we even use it here on OMG!Droid. It has the ability to share pictures and even give you the simple option of liking a message that someone has sent. I don’t think that I could go back to just using my text messages.

Able Remote
If you are a Google TV user like myself then you need this app on your phone or tablet. Able remote turns your tablet or phone into a remote for your GTV, giving you the ability to change channels, volume, launch apps and control other attached components. This app allows me to push youtube videos and pictures right to the TV from my phone or tablet. Now it does require you to have the app downloaded on the GTV also, but this is a small price to pay(FREE) if you want a cool remote control for your TV.

Swiftkey
You could not ask for a better keyboard to be put onto a phone. Swiftkey has done me right and saved me from sending the wrong things to people and made me a more efficient typer than I have been in the past. Swiftkey is always working on something new and giving you treats to make the experience just that much better. This is a must have replacement keyboard if you really want to speed up your typing.
