Report: HTC One X receiving Jelly Bean in October
We’ve got some great news for owners of the HTC One X and One XL (the LTE version). Looks like you’ll be getting some Jelly Bean next month. A new report that came out today shows that the Jelly Bean update for the HTC One X will start in October, specific roll-out dates for the US and International versions are not yet available. If you’ve got a non-carrier branded or unlocked One X you may get it sooner:
If you’re using a generic device you don’t have too long to wait… HTC will be starting the rollout in October for generic devices with rollout to all devices (including operator branded units) set for completion before Christmas (subject to operator / Google approvals etc. of course).
As soon as we learn more about dates for the OTA’s to Jelly Bean we’ll be sure to report them. So you’ll want to be sure you’re following us on Google+ and Twitter.
