Samsung Galaxy Note 2 image and spec rumors surface weeks before official announcement!

With the Samsung Mobile Unpacked Event coming soon, and with it loads of new news for us here at OMG!Droid to report on, it isn’t surprising that some leaked images and rumors would pop up.   Well here we have a supposed final mock-up of the much anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 2.  This BEAST is allegedly spec’ed as follows:

• 5.5 inch Super AMOLED display
• 1.5 gigahertz quad-core cpu
• up to 32GB internal storage and a 8MP rear facing camera.

This hot piece of hardware is expected to ship with Ice Cream Sandwich.  We hope to see it and much more announced soon!
