Samsung Galaxy Note (N700) owners get a taste of Jelly Bean, thanks to CyanogenMod 10 preview build

The Samsung Galaxy Note, and all of its beautiful 5.5-inches of “phab”-ulous screen, just got a bit more “phab”-tastic, thanks to the good folks from our favorite Android development team, CyanogenMod. Those of you who happen to own one of these monster devices will be excited to know that it is the latest addition to the “(insert random device here) gets a CM10 preview build” family.

However, before you start fapping yourself to death because you’re about to get a taste of Jelly Bean, it is important to keep in mind that this is strictly a preview — not even an alpha, or a beta ROM at this point — and you’d be foolish to even consider using this as a “daily driver”.
There’s still a handful of bugs that need to be worked out, but we’re confident that they will all be resolved in due time. If history is any indicator, you can bet on it happening sooner, rather than later.
You already know the drill. Make a backup. Flash responsibly. All that good jazz. (Don’t come crying to us, if you brick your device. Nobody held a gun to your head and told you to flash CyanogenMod; in fact, you probably shouldn’t do it, even if you’ve heard it will add 3 inches to your manly parts.)
If you’d like to get a peek at Android 4.1 on your Samsung Phablet Galaxy Note, head on over to the original thread on XDA for download and ROM chit chat. Then, head back here to let us know how it’s treating you.
