Samsung gathering arms: “Apple [...] we’re ready to sue!”

It was only a matter of time, losing money, and having to change their products until Samsung actually came back at Apple with some real firepower. Samsung has finally had enough, as if a billion was chump change. According to the Korean Times, Sammy has raised its pimp hand and decreed: “ that it will immediately sue Apple if the latter releases products using advanced long-term evolution (LTE) mobile technology.”

You hear that Apple? Samsung is ready to bitch slap that ass if the next iPhone has LTE technology included. Over the past months and years, Samsung has been acquiring patents concerning LTE technology, and now fully has 10% of all patents revolving around the issue. And boy are they ready to use it.

Although Apple has already released a LTE enabled device this year, the third-generation iPad, Samsung has decided not to sue against Apple’s weaker product and instead use the patents on the lifeline of the company — at least the mobile division of the company. I don’t know how Apple going to get out of this one — except by the use of a VERY well-trained group of lawyers. They know they can’t release another iPhone without LTE or that will be suicide.

A definite +1 for Samsung right now.
