Samsung updates list of T-Mobile devices that will get Ice Cream Sandwich
When this website first started, the majority of our team were T-Mobile customers. Here we are, almost a full year later and my, how the tables have turned. As it stands now, I’m the last Magenta fanboy standing in the OMG!Droid stable. Most of the others (if not all) are now on Verizon and rocking a Samsung Galaxy Nexus — go figure. Have no fear though, fellow T-Mobile customers. I’m still on board and have no plans on leaving anytime soon, so I’ve still got your back when it comes news pertinent to you.
It looks like Samsung has revised its list of devices that will be eligible to receive the Ice Cream Sandwich that so many of you lust after. In total, 4 devices were added to the list — two phones and two tablets — all of which are fairly well-known devices I’m sure more than a few of you own. For phones, it looks like owners of the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G and Galaxy S II can breathe a collective sigh of relief. Your investment will pay off. You will be getting Android 4.0.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a time frame on when these devices will get updated, but hey — at least you know now it’s coming, right? Make sure to stay tuned. As soon as these updates go live, we’ll be sure to let you know.
