The fight continues, Apple targets more Samsung phones in ANOTHER lawsuit!

I really don’t know what to say about this. Apple just won over a billion dollars from one of their most recent cases against Samsung, and now here they are again targeting more Samsung products. Apple is adding 4 more Samsung devices to a lawsuit they’ve raised against Samsung earlier this year.

The devices being added: Verizon Galaxy S 3, Intl. Galaxy S 3, Galaxy Note, and Galaxy Note 10.1. If you think that’s bad, look at all the devices that were already under question: Galaxy S II Skyrocket, Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch, Intl. Galaxy S II, T-Mobile Galaxy S II, AT&T Galaxy S II, Galaxy Nexus, Illusion, Captivate Glide, Exhibit II 4G, Stratosphere, Transform Ultra, Admire, Conquer 4G, Dart, Galaxy Player 4.0, Galaxy Player 5.0, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and lastly the Galaxy Tab 8.9.

That’s fucking ridiculous.

Apple is trying to ban 22 devices! On what basis, you ask? 4 patents:

Slide to unlock again?! Haven’t we already fixed that problem, we don’t really slide anymore, especially not like those iProducts do. I won’t even get into the Word Completion and Universal search patents right now. Also if you remember, Apple used the Data detector patent to ban importation of HTC’s One X and EVO LTE earlier this year.

I doubt Apple will win with most of these charges, but still, the accusations and attacks are getting unnecessary and annoying. The battle is far from over folks…
