Verizon updates Midwest to LTE

Verizon already covers over 75% of the US in 4G LTE technology, but even so they strive to cover more. They are the number 1 carrier in the sheer amount of LTE markets, and everyday it seems like a new Verizon LTE market is being turned on. Well, that’s not stopping now, as they are about to turn on some more markets mostly located in the Midwest and up north.

The new cities that are being lit up, if not already, are listed below:

  • Coffeyville, KS
  • Emporia, KS
  • Lawrence, KS
  • Hays, KS
  • Kansas City, KS/MO areas
  • Rolla, MO
  • Bremerton, WA
  • Silverdale, WA
  • Tampa Bay, FL
  • Fort Myers, FL
  • Tallahassee, FL
  • Buffalo, NY
  • Expansion in Pittsburgh, PA areas

Now, Verizon hasn’t given us a date for these changes except the save-their-ass, non-ETA “coming soon”. It’s up to you all to let us know when those areas are actually live.

kthnxbai!! XD
