ViewSonic Releases Teaser Of Possible 22 Inch Android Tablet
ViewSonic, who is a big player in computer monitors, has shown a teaser of what appears to be a 22 inch Android tablet that they will be announcing at this years Computex which takes place next month. I know, you just asked, did I just read that correctly ? A 22 inch tablet ? So it seems.
While there are next to no details on this device, it’s rumored there will be a Windows 8 version as well as an Android version. So yeah, who the hell cares about the Windows crap. Just give us some details on this Android bad boy!! Hopefully it’ll come with some kind of stand or something because a 22 inch tablet is going to have some weight to it and as we all know will be rather awkward to hold due to that size.
ViewSonic appears to be announcing at this Computex which takes place June 5th – June 9th. Just a couple of short weeks away. It’ll be interesting to see what all this massive device comes with such as screen resolution, processing power and so on. I mean, you should be able to get a really nice sized processor into a 22 inch tablet I would think. But the big question that’s floating around of course is this. What kind of battery/batteries will this thing require and come with ? And will it also come with a power cord of its own so you can plug it in as battery life has got to be next to nothing when powering a device such as this one.
I’m definitely looking forward to hearing the news from Computex now if for no other reason than this right here. As always, keep tuned into OMG!Droid for the latest of news on this and everything else Computex related. We’ll bring you all the information we can as we get it!
