Good news and bad news for Verizon customers!

As we already know, Verizon is getting the Samsung Galaxy S III soon. On June 6th at 7 AM, there will be a bunch of eager people sitting at their computers and waiting to pre order this gorgeous phone. But what of your unlimited data plans?

We know that Verizon is being a tool, and is forcing customers to use their tiered data plan, but what does that mean to you when the time comes for you go to order your brand spanking new Samsung Galaxy S III?

Well, Verizon said that when you pre-order the SGSIII, you CAN keep your unlimited data plan. Originally, they had stated that customers would need to purchase a $30 2 GB data plan (which would have sucked). However, Verizon must have forgotten about their customers that were still on the Unlimited Plan, so they clarified that those of you who currently have Unlimited can keep it once you pre-order.

So there! The good news is that if you have unlimited, you get to keep it when you pre-order. The bad news is that if you don’t have unlimited, you’re stuck on the limited data plan.
